His correspondence with clients, channel partners, and referral partners is the practice’s real product: candid, specific, and delivered directly rather than through a funnel. There is no junior handoff and no rotating account manager — the person who evaluates a situation is the person who stays with it.

How he got here
Kenneth has been in employee benefits since the 1990s, and in the PEO market since the middle of the 2000s. The order matters: he was reading plan designs and carrier behavior for years before the co-employment question entered the work, which is why this practice treats a benefits program and a PEO decision as one problem rather than two.
Benefits first
Founder of Supplemental Benefits Group, advising employers on supplemental and voluntary benefits. Founder of BRG Insurance Group, a corporate insurance brokerage serving Florida and the Southeast, built from nothing to a book he still leads.
Then the PEO question
Entered the PEO market in 2006, in response to clients asking for it rather than as a line extension. BRG Advisory Group followed as that work outgrew being one service among several, and it is now the practice he leads.
