By far, this has been a favorable experience, quite probably because of all of the upfront questions and patience with understanding our particular business needs. We recognized savings on Payroll, Benefits and Workers Comp and prefer the pay as you go program with no end of the year audits. In addition, they assisted us with time clock program research and implementation, and they have consolidated our daily operational process into an integrated program. The options and the flexibility have also really helped us.

We are a one hundred-year-old manufacturer that was going through a major business realignment. Cost-cutting was critical as was retaining and recruiting skilled staff. PEO was a new concept for us however, it fit perfectly into our business strategy. In the first year alone, our firm was able to save nearly $400,000 in medical insurance, taxes, and other administrative costs. In addition, we were able to streamline our administrative department and gain added services such as on-line learning, performance management, and applicant tracking. Budgeting is much easier with our PEO partner and costs such as medical renewal increases are now predictable.
