Kenn founded The PEO Group which was named BRG Advisory Group in June of 2017 in response to an increasing demand for the value proposition that the HR Outsourcing platform provides to business owners.

As the founder of sister company BRG Insurance Group, Kenn is a proven expert in servicing the vertical markets that BRG Advisory Group now works with, as well as in developing mutually beneficial carrier relationships.

His extensive experience spans the areas of Payroll, Employee Benefits, HR Outsourcing Brokerage Services, Supplemental Benefits and Risk Management. Kenn now works closely with clients of all sizes throughout the U.S. to assess challenges and implement strategies.

With both public and private sector experience, Tom has a broad background in both operational, sales and marketing executive management. He has been in the human resource outsourcing industry for the past 22 years and has served in an ownership capacity with several organizations.

Tom has worked extensively on a national level with business owners to develop systems that streamline and lower operational costs while supporting ownership’s strategic vision.

In addition, Tom has overseen the development of an end to end fully integrated marketing platform designed to support small and mid-sized firms in customer acquisition. Tom has a BS degree in Risk Management and Accounting from the University of Georgia.
